This is where your reservations are kept and managed.

Viewing existing reservations and adding new ones

What the reservation summary tells you about the selected reservation.

Basic reservation information - reserved/arrival/departure dates, check-in/out times, status (Tentaive, Pending, Confirmed) and where the reservation came from.
This is completed automatically when the Booking Form is used. -
What's to do and already been done for a reservation. Complete your pending actions here, undo earlier ones or do them again.
These are created automatically according to the Reminders that you have set up. -
Assigning Guests to a reservation. Guest information is stored independently of the reservation - guests can be assigned to one or more reservations.

Add/View your list of other Guests.
This is completed automatically when the Booking Form is used. -
Add/View the amounts owed and options chosen here. Make any adjustments for Refunds and Extra charges here too
The amounts owed and options are entered automatically with Quoted Online Booking reservations. -
Record/View payment that have been made by the Guest and you here.
Payments made via the integrated Credit Card Merchant Accounts are entered automatically. -
This tab shows any custom information that is associated with this reservation, according to the Setup>Main >> Custom Info tab settings.
Some items are entered automatically - info that is on a schedule and door entry codes provided by Resort Lock or eRentalLock. -
