Change my contact or account email address

There are 3 emails related to your account:

  1. Account Login email - the "Email ID" used to log in to your MyVRZone account
  2. Account Contact email - used for correspondence about your account
  3. Reservations email - guests are given this email to send inquiries to and it is where your sent emails come from. This defaults to Account login if not specified

Here's how you change each of them:

Account login (Email ID) - how to change it

Click on "Setup>Account - Change Email" in the navigation menu

  • Enter your current Email ID
  • Enter your new Email ID
  • Enter your current password
  • Click the blue "Change Email ID" button
  • Follow the activation directions to enable the new email (this verifies that the email address works)

NOTE: Please use an email address that is likely to be with you for a long time as this may be the only way to contact you if there are any issues. You can present a different email to guests using the Reservations Email (see below).

 

Account Contact email - how to change it

Click on "Setup>Account - Contact Info" in the navigation menu.

To find this when already logged in - click on the "Change Email ID" link found in the links area to the top-right of each page.

  • Enter/Edit the email address
  • (Enter/Edit other contact info if needed)
  • The changes will be saved automatically

If no email is set here then the Account login Email ID is used.

 

Reservations email - how to change it

Click on "Setup>Contact - Reservation Info" in the navigation menu.

 

  • Enter/Edit the email address
  • (Enter/Edit other contact info if needed)
  • The changes will be saved automatically

If no email is set here then the Account Contact email address is used.
