If you intend to use the MyVRzone internal calendar as your up-to-date calendar you can prefill the reservations using the HomeAwayConnect (previously Rentors.org) data as follows.

Import the HomeAwayConnect (Rentors.org) data:
1. Set your up-to-date calendar to Rentors.org on the Setup>Main >> Advertisers+Synchronization>Synchronization Tab
2. Open/Expand the HomeAwayConnect (Rentors.org) section and add the calendar Display ID's for each property.
3. Ensure that the Auto-sync field for Rentors.org is checked.
4. From the navigation menu, click "Online/Web>Calendar - Synchronize now" to perform a full calendar Synchronization.

Switch the up-to-date calendar to MyVRzone and update reservations:

5. Set your up-to-date calendar to MyVRzone on the Setup>Main >> Advertisers+Synchronization>Synchronization Tab
6. Go to the Reservations Page to see the imported reservations
7. Edit/Add your reservations as desired/needed

Note that it's not possible to know if a contiguous block of booked days at Rentors.org is made up of multiple reservations - only one reservation is created in MyVRzone.

To keep the HomeAwayConnect (Rentors.org) calendar synchronized:

• Add your login information on the Setup>Main >> Advertisers+Synchronization>Synchronization Tab
• Test this by adding a new reservation then doing a full synchronization by clicking "Online/Web>Calendar - Synchronize Now" on the navigation menu and then checking that the reservation at HomeAwayConnect.com is there by logging in to your account there (note that the update to the Rentors.org calendar is done instantly by HomeAwayConnect so you must log in to check). Once OK you can cancel that test reservation.

Then synchronization will happen automatically whenever a reservation is added or changes are made that affect the calendar.
