Automatic synchronization occurs overnight between 1am and 3am Eastern Time (GMT-5hrs). If the MyVRZone calendar is not in sync then either the calendar ID is incorrect or the calendar synchronization has been disabled in the setup. Try the following:
- Go to the Setup->Advertisers->Synchronization Tab.
- Verify that the Up-to-Date Calendar is set to HomeAwayConnect (Rentors.org).
- Check that your HomeAwayConnect calendar Display ID's are correct for the property in question - open the HomeAwayConnect (Rentors.org) section and click on the View button next to the Display ID for the property in question. This opens a new browser window that should show your calendar at HomeAwayConnect - if the display is incorrect then update the calendar Display ID to the correct value (follow the instructions to locate the number required).
- Confirm that the Auto-sync Enabled check box is checked to ensure that the calendars will be kept up to date automatically.
- If you have just set up your properties and/or HomeAwayConnect (rentors.org) calendar Display ID's then you will need to go to the Admin Home page and click on Perform a Full Calendar Synchronization - or wait for the overnight synchronization to happen - before the calendars will be in sync.
