Tell the system if you use a Credit Card merchant account at Setup->Account->Credit Cards, along with the types of Credit Card that you accept. Complete the login information for the merchant by following the directions on that page. FREE Silver Plan Subscribers

When using one of the integrated Credit Card processing merchants:

• the payment process is integrated in to the Guest Zone™ - no linking off to other sites for payment, no other properties
• all online payments are recorded with a timestamp and the IP address of the payer should there be a need for that information in the future
• you just need to provide a website link to your guests for them to be able to pay you:
  - a general link to the Guest Zone if you've enabled the Payment Form to be displayed for everyone in the Setup->Account->Info tab - they would click on "Pay Now". The link would be: https://secure.myvrzone.com/?cid=2 - replace the "2" with your own MyVRZone UID
  - a specific link to the Payment Form if you want to be selective about who uses it. The link would be: https://secure.myvrzone.com/Guest/Ccard/?cid=2 - replace the "2" with your own MyVRZone UID

Gold and Platinum Plan Subscribers

When using one of the integrated Credit Card processing merchants
• guests can make their first payment right after completing the online Booking Form via the Guest Zone™
• you can make payments on behalf of the guests if you capture their credit card information in a different way
• the payment process is integrated in to the Guest Zone™ and is the same for each merchant - no linking off to other sites for payment
• the charge is presented with a reference to the reservation
• all online payments show up in the guest's reservation
• payments can be voided or credited - this may be done automatically or require a manual activity depending on the merchant
• all online payments are recorded with a timestamp and the IP address of the payer should there be a need for that information in the future
• the guest can view and print their receipts from the Guest Zone™
• the owner can view/print/email receipts from the reservation
• website links for making a payment are built into the stationery/templates. You could use the same website link as for the Silver Plan above but that will not result in the payment being assigned to a reservation.
