A Partner Listing Site is an Advertising site that MyVRZone.com can automatically publish listing information to and keep up to date when it is changed by the account owner.

The Mini-site is a small advertising website that is open to anybody to look at. Each user and property has a unique URL that can be used to direct potential renters to. If you do not have your own website then this can be used as the next best thing.

The Guest Zone is a secure version of the Mini-site that provides additional pages for Online Booking, Quote lists, Reservations Management and Payments. You would only direct known guests that have reservations to this site. They would need to log in to view most of the additional information.

This tab lists many referrers as providers of inquiries so that they can be tracked for performance.
Each referrer that you check the checkbox for will show up in lists for assigning to reservations and for travelers to select from in the Request Form and the Booking Form when the referrer is not already known.

If displayed then this tab shows listing sites that support automatic listing of your properties.

If this tab is not shown then none of your properties match any listing site's criteria (this is usually location-specific - a city or community).

If the tab is shown then you can choose to list each property at the displayed site or not by checking/unchecking the checkbox.

Four sites are supported at this time

The choice of Up-to-Date calendar is very important here. If you wish to take advantage of the benefits offered by entering your reservations directly, then choose MyVRZone. If you wish to use an existing HomeAwayConnect (previously Rentors.org) calendar as the Up-to-Date calendar calendar then choose HomeAwayConnect (Rentors.org).

Switching from HomeAayConnect (Rentors.org) to MyVRzone

Automatic synchronization occurs overnight between 1am and 3am Eastern Time (GMT-5hrs). If the MyVRZone calendar is not in sync then either the calendar ID is incorrect or the calendar synchronization has been disabled in the setup. Try the following:

MyVRZone can automatically synchronize a HomeAwayConnect (rentors.org) calendar to itself and/or it can synchronize out to other advertisers.

The system needs to know the various identifiers for your account and property at the different advertiser sites in order to do this. Go to the Setup->Advertisers->Synchronization Tab to enter the information required for each property at each advertiser that you use. Be sure to check the Auto-Sync box to have updates happen automatically

Your own properties do not show up in the matches - the system assumes that you would not be sending out a referral if you could fulfill the request yourself.
I am considering putting in an option to include your own properties for testing purposes.

There may be no properties matching the request criteria.

Try the following:
• Ensure that you have chosen one of your properties if you have more than one
• Verify that the dates are OK - re-write in the d-mmm-yy format if in doubt
• Widen the search to include more bedrooms
• Widen the search to include a larger proximity - City being the widest

If this does not result in some matches then there is no-one in the network that matches the criteria with availability.
