The Mini-site is a small advertising website that is open to anybody to look at. Each user and property has a unique URL that can be used to direct potential renters to. If you do not have your own website then this can be used as the next best thing.

The Guest Zone is a secure version of the Mini-site that provides additional pages for Online Booking, Quote lists, Reservations Management and Payments. You would only direct known guests that have reservations to this site. They would need to log in to view most of the additional information.

You need to know your user ID number (the 'UID' - shown when logged in in the top-right area of the page as [UID#]) and if you have more than one property you can choose to show a specific one first, the others will be accessible to visitors via a drop-down list.

To show a specific property you'll need to know the property ID number (PID) of that property. The PID number is shown on Setup>Main >> Property Tab to the right of the Property select box inside the square brackets as [PID#].
