How do I create a Quote/Email response?

1/ Enter the Request Details

This section contains the details of the request - the dates, other requirements and the contact information.

To quote a request manually (eg. a Telephone call request):

Click on the New Request button

Quote Page: Add more empty quotes that can be filled in manually when the one that is provided has been used

When I've filled in the one spare/empty quote on the Quote page it would be good to have another empty quote available so that I can fill in more than one by hand.

Setup>Main >> Account>Credit Cards

If you accept credit cards then use this tab to tell the system about it.

How do I use the integrated Credit Card processing?

Tell the system if you use a Credit Card merchant account at Setup>Main >> Account>Credit Cards, along with the types of Credit Card that you accept. Complete the login information for the merchant by following the directions on that page. If you don't have a merchant account then check out the comparisons and the MyVRZone Preferred Provider for details.

How do I set up Taxes, Options, Seasons, Dates and Rates

The system defines Dates, Rates, Options and Taxes that are independent of a particular property. Once defined, these are grouped together and assigned to each property. This means that if you have more than one property you can define, say, a single set of Dates that can be assigned to all properties and even the same rates. It makes it easy to manage more than one property and easy to change a property to a different set of rates without losing the old ones.

How do I get my inquiries into the myvrzone system for Quoting?

There are 3 ways to get inquiries into the system for processing

  1. via the MyVRZone Request Form embedded on your own site or the mini-site
  2. by forwarding emails you normally receive to MyVRZone
  3. entering them directly into the system (eg phone call inquiry)
