This question relates to the submission of online booking forms.
If you are using the Gold plan, then submitted booking forms result in a Tentative status for each reservation by default. This leaves the dates open for others to book and no payments can be made online. You need to review the booking and change the status to Pending in order to accept it and allow online payments.
There are 2 contact entries related to your account and how you are seen by others:
Here's how you change each of them:
Click on the "Setup>Account - Contact Info" menu item and you will be taken to the change page.
You can choose how your Pending and Confirmed reservations are shown in other calendars when synchronizing.
To change the settings, go to the "Setup>Main >> Accounts" tab and then select the settings next to the following fields:
NOTE: For cases where the calendar being synchronized to cannot show the Pending state, it will be shown as Unbooked.

With the iPhone/iPod/iPad, scrolling within a text area requires that you use two fingers rather than one. One finger scrolls the entire web page, 2 fingers the scrollable text areas. Place 2 fingers on the text area and move them both up/down at the same time.
It may be the same in Android too?

Sometimes you'll need to enter a booking on a Guest's behalf.
You can enter a reservation directly into the system, but that will not get agreement to the terms.
Instead, complete the booking form manually using this procedure...
If your Guest does not have an email address, you can still use the Templates to create a letter for printing so that you can mail it to them.
Synchronization can be run manually by clicking the "Online/Web>Calendar - Synchronize Now" menu item when logged in.
