You can use the reminder system to send emails to past guests for newsletters and reminding them about you at some period after their last booking date or arrival date.
Newsletters would be sent whenever you decide you want to send one (rather than related to any particular dates in each reservation).
Reservation follow-ups would be sent so many days after departure or after the booking date in order to see if the guest wants to book again. This is a reminder that you are still here.

If you can accept payments via PayPal then you can set the system up to take the Guest to a PayPal payment page from the GuestZone. You can choose whether you take PayPal for rent payments, refundable amounts (eg Security Deposits) or both.

If you'd like to get access to your availability calendar in other systems that support the standard iCal format (such as Google and Microsoft Outlook) then you can provide a unique URL link to myvrzone that will update those calendars automatically.
Reservations cannot be deleted - they can only be canceled.
When you need to make a cancellation:
This reservation will then not show up in the drop-down reservation list by default - open the "+" to the left to change what is included in the drop-down list.
When you have taken and recorded a payment in a reservation you may want to make a partial or full refund of that amount.
There are a couple of ways to do this:
If you have the credit card details of your guest and use the integrated credit card processing then you can enter the payment directly - on behalf of the guest.
Go to the Reservations >> Payments tab for the reservation in questions and click on the blue "Make Payment" button. Then complete the form and submit the payment. A receipt will be emailed to the guest and the payment entered into their reservation.
