Create discount and surcharge "adjustments" that can be applied automatically to your quotations. The following adjustments are supported:

Files of information, such as Directions or Alarm operating instuctions, can be uploaded to your account and then links to them made available to your guests to see and download:

Reminders create automatic ToDo items for each reservation. See the setup page itself for Directions and field help.

Everyone has something different about the way they do business and MyVRZone allows you to include this custom things so that you don't need to keep track of it separately.

Perhaps you have door entry and alarm codes that vary from reservation to reservation or perhaps on a schedule. Maybe you want to track whether or not the trip is for a special occasion (such as a wedding or anniversary). Other things may be vehicle descriptions, whether they are bringing pets and how many etc.

If you accept credit cards then use this tab to tell the system about it.

There are a few options and implications in what you choose from the drop-downlist:

Gold & Platinum Plan subscribers

Choose your base/default currency for each property here. All rates assigned to the property will be assumed to be in this currency.

There's a separate payment schedule for the main payment and for any refundable amounts (such as security deposits). Define the schedules here as well as amounts of security deposit per currency.

What happens with this information?

From the payment and refundable schedules the system can keep you up-to-date on what is required and by when

Upload and manage images of your property here.

Click Browse and locate an image to upload or type in the location directly. Click the Upload button to upload it.

Click on the curly arrows to change the ordering and add a caption to each if you like. To add a caption, click the Add Caption button for the appropriate image, enter the caption text and then click the Save Caption button to save it.

Be sure to include at least one image of your property. Images are used in many parts of the system:

Enter your property information here - address and descriptions.

Select an existing property from the drop-down list or choose Add New to create a new one.

When entering addresses, select from the list provided where possible. If you need to add a new list item then click on the New button to the right of the list, enter the new item in the empty box - it will be saved automatically.

The choice of Up-to-Date calendar is very important here. If you wish to take advantage of the benefits offered by entering your reservations directly, then set this field to MyVRZone. If you wish to use an existing HomeAwayConnect (Rentors.org) calendar as the up-to-date calendar then set this field to HomeAwayConnect (Rentors.org).
